Our Steps Towards Becoming Your Financial Advisor

Step 1:

Get Acquainted

We will start with an initial phone call introducing YAIA and listening to an overview of your stated needs. Afterwards, we will send you various introductory Firm and compliance material. The expected duration of our initial call is approximately 15 minutes.

Step 2:

In-Person Meeting

Our next step is to meet with you in-person.  We request you bring copies of all statements to this meeting and be prepared to discuss your goals.  After we listen to your stated objectives, we will then elaborate on the applicable areas to which we believe YAIA can help you.  The expected duration for this initial meeting is approximately 60-90 minutes.

Step 3:

Customized Plan

After the in-person meeting, we will send you a formal proposal along with a variety of required compliance paperwork. Afterwards, we will pre-populate a variety of account opening related documents.  Our plan is simplify the account opening paperwork for you.  Upon the accounts being funded, we will implement your personalized investment strategy. 

Step 4:

Ongoing Management, Advice, & Guidance 

Throughout the year, we plan to have periodic, ongoing discussions with you.  Typically, we will meet with you on annual basis.  If/when life changing circumstances occur, we plan to be with you every step through those events.  On an ongoing basis, we will manage your assets internally based on your goals and market circumstances.
