Our Company:
After working for 10 years in the investment business at a major firm in
downtown, Pittsburgh,
Matthew Yanni founded Yanni & Associates Investment Advisors, LLC in January
2007. Yanni & Associates is an independent investment advisory firm. Its
only service is providing fee-based investment advisory services.
Every client works directly with a Principal in the Firm!
Our mission statement is to provide complete investment advisory services
primarily for higher-net worth families. We are experienced in working with:
● Corporate executives
● Business owners and entrepreneurs
● Working professionals and medical personnel
● Retirees and their spouses
● Wealthy individuals and their trust funds
We will always limit the number of client relationships per professional and
are very proactive to provide you with the service you deserve.
Our independence enables us to be free from conflict of interests:
● Satisfied clients are our top priority!
● Our only fee is the fee our clients pay us.
● We do not earn additional fees through the recommendations we make
for you.
● We are not commissioned based nor will we accept or collect 12b-1
fees.
● Our compensation is based solely on the assets we manage. We consider
ourselves to be in a

|
“partnership”
with our clients. The better our clients accounts perform, the more
successful we are.
|
|
|
● We typically do not
recommend products that have “loads” associated with them.
● We do not “sell” proprietary products.
● Our fee is all-inclusive. You know right up front exactly how much
our service is going to cost.
